House Allowance: shs. 15,000

Commuter Allowance:   Kshs. 10,000

Job Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Management Officer, the jobholder will be responsible for undertaking activities in Supply Chain Management Unit.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing of stores;


• Preparing and maintaining stores records;


• Generating Goods received Notes;


• Sorting ,dispatching and filing invoices;


• Verifying stocks and undertaking reconciliation;


• Generating stores re-order levels and stock replenishment reports;


• Ensuring security of stores;


• Any other duties assigned by the Supply Chain Management

Qualifications

• Must have served in the grade of Supply Chain Management Assistant for a minimum period of three (3) years;


• Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) – Final or any other related qualifications from a recognized institution;


• Membership of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS);


• Certificate in Supervisory Skills Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;


• Certificate in computer applications from a recognized
