Fleet Coordinator Job, Current Logistics Jobs Kenya,



Roles and responsibilities:



  • Coordinating all dispatch activities.

  • Ensuring the fleet is clean and in a roadworthy condition at all times

  • Ensure compliance with all NTSA and other necessary industry regulations: speed governors, branding licenses, distribution licenses 

  • Organize effective transport schedule for vehicles

  • Control effective fuel maintenance schedule

  • Ensure fleet delivery management: cost-effective route planning strategies. 

  • Keeping up-to-date vehicle records- maintenance records and service time, accidents, vehicle ancillaries. 

  • Handle any disciplinary and staff issues for all drivers and their assistants. 

  • Ensure drivers and assistants are conversant with all delivery documentation


Minimum Requirements:



  • Diploma or degree in logistics management, transport management, or another related field. Experience: 

  • At least 5 years working experience as a transport/fleet or logistic manager in busy Retail or distribution company  

  • MUST have experience in managing a fleet of over 50 Vehicles both small cars and trucks





Salary: KES  50, 0000.00 – 70,000.00
