Young Rich Television Limited is a production company formed in 2013 that specializes in documentary and reality story telling. The company has produced multiple television shows that have garnered international acclaim.

Roles and responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the skin care product business of the Company including


• strategic planning and execution of the growth and expansion.


• Manage various departments such as R&D / Product Development, Production and Logistics as well as Sales and Marketing.


• Work with the legal team on the registration of licenses and trademarks and import permits


• Work with the finance team in tracking project expenditures and fund utilization


• and preparing monthly program progress and financial reports.


• Managing the relationship with all stakeholders and working jointly with


• relevant teams to meet KPI-assigned targets for a successful project delivery


• Provide support in administration and advisory activities through the various


• project stages by preparation on concept notes, team meetings and any other


• operation documents required by key stakeholders.


• Track project performance specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals


• Sourcing for key suppliers to offer different project services


• Ensuring a key and seamless workflow within the team and manufacturing to ensure they deliver on specifications on the makeup products.


• Work closely with creative companies to come up with the best branding and marketing techniques for the products.


• Work closely with makeup artists and experts to ensure the make-up products are of good quality and meet the required standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing and related disciplines


• 5 years of relevant working experience within the Beauty FMCG (cosmetics and skincare) industry


• Preferably with a track record of developing new overseas markets and building up a brand from scratch


• Strong business acumen


• Mature and proactive, hands-on personality with strong interpersonal skills


• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
