Marketing Executive Kenya Jobs.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving daily schools and institutions
operations and meeting the set targets in regards to the schools program in terms of
availability, visibility and overall market execution in the schools and institutions in the
assigned territories i.e. Kisii, Kisumu, Kericho and Eldoret in accordance to the business
objectives and strategic/marketing plans.

Responsibilities
1.
Business development; visit boarding schools in assigned territories and responsible for
achieving business objectives.
2.
Prepare and perform presentations to school administration-School principals and BOD
in order to create awareness and demand of company products.
3.
Management of promotions and activities; ensure that the products are adequately
represented in relevant school based promotions and activities.
4.
Reporting and training: periodically report on the progress of the school program on
fortnightly basis of schools visited, sales generated, school activities and promotions
carried out, feedback and follow up steps.

Requirements
•
Minimum Diploma from a reputable institution preferably in a marketing discipline.
• Minimum 1 year sales and distribution experience in institution or corporate
environment.
• Experience in sales and marketing to schools will be an added advantage.
•
Must have vast knowledge of the territory.
•
Value excellence, teamwork, original thinking and a passion for innovativeness.
• Must have a strong personal presence with good networking, influencing and
communication skills.
•
Must be operationally hands-on, organized, highly motivated and energetic, and able
to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards.
•
A good planner and implementer with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
• Attention to detail as this will be required for effective day to day management
