In recent years, dTS has worked in over 40 countries and provided gender integration, training and capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation services to USAID and the World Bank.
dTS is seeking Chief of Party candidates to serve on an upcoming USAID funded M&E project based in Nairobi remotely managing activities in Somalia. The COP will be responsible for overseeing M&E operations related to peace and security, governance, health, education, economic growth and stabilization.
The COP will be required to assist in providing continued performing monitoring, verification and evaluation of impacts, outputs and activities.
The COP will also be responsible for supporting the agency in meeting daily information needs in order to make informed program management decisions, as well as to provide substantive support with qualitative, quantitative and analytical information.
The COP will provide leadership for local and expatriate teams conducting mid-term and final evaluations; performing data quality assessments; advising on indicator design, development and review; and will provide assistance in the development, implementation and monitoring of an M&E database.
