Job Description

To New Business Officers Team to achieve branch sales targets in Wealth CASA and Personal Instalment Loans so as to significantly improve the branch Financial Performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

* Implement sales strategy and tactical plans in accordance with branch sales targets.
* Set monthly / weekly liability and asset targets for OBSTs and ensure they achieve these targets, through regular monitoring and coaching
* Product training to team members.
* Implement and track Standards of Performance and Key Performance Indicators for the sales team.
* Ensure that you and your team fully understand the Customer Due Diligence & Anti-Money Laundering Group Policy and are adequately trained in the same

2. Service Management

* Ensure excellent customer experience during the account opening and loan application process
* Ensure daily tracking and timely resolution of customer queries/complaints, where applicable
* Continuously improve on processes through service storming sessions.

3. Controls

* Ensure sales process is followed and staff are well trained to avoid miss-selling
* Reporting of suspicious transactions
* Ensure that Customer Due Diligence to be applied when selling products or opening accounts

Qualifications & Skills

* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, internally and externally
* Strong sales and relationship skills
* Strong leadership, decision-making and management abilities
* Knowledge of the Market and competitive environment
* A good performance track record
* Diploma or University degree
* At least 1 years sales experience in the banking industry
