Main Purpose of the job
The role is designed to improve sales and optimize clients’ satisfaction while developing business and enhance relationships between the company and the building industry fraternity.
Main Responsibilities
Developing and managing client databases with effective end to end account management and assisting in debt collectionDevelop & implement marketing strategiesProduct development, training and planning Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveysProvide after sales service including project audit where necessaryLiaising and building rapport with the building industry stakeholders Achievement focusSelf Motivation Energetic and enthusiastic Team Player Multitasking Skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills.Good numerical skillsEntrepreneurialSelf-starterReport Writing Skills Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills Results oriented and focusedA Degree/Higher Diploma in a building industry related discipline or equivalent qualification.
