Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 Article 230 (b) and the Salaries and Remuneration Commission Act 2011 Section 5 (2), the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) invites applications from suitably qualified persons to be nominated to represent FKE in the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
A person shall qualify for nomination to this post if the person:-
1.
a ) holds a degree from a University recognized in Kenya
b ) has knowledge and at least (10) ten years experience in either:-
Finance and AdministrationPublic ManagementEconomicsHuman Resource Management; orLabour Laws2. Meets the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution and has had a distinguished career in their respective fields.
3. A person shall not be qualified for nomination if the person:-
