The successful candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director and should have the following:
Degree in AccountancyACCA, CIMA or Higher National Diploma in AccountancyComputer literate with good knowledge of accounting packages eg. ACCPAC.Three or more years experience as an AccountantExcellent understanding of accounting proceduresStrong communication skillsGood team leadership skillsAbility to work under immense pressureCredit management skillsAbility to produce accurate accounts, budgets and forecasts on timeAbility to produce year end financial statementsAbility to handle external audit aloneAble to produce cash flow projections.Competent in production of tax computations and tax planning with assistance from HO.Able to review and suggest improvements in internal control systemsApplications in writing together with a detailed CV should be made to the Managing Director, Seed Co Tanzania, Summit Centre, Sokoine Road, 3rd Floor, Wing B, P 0 Box 12281, Arusha, Tanzania or Emailed to the Managing Director on davec@seedco.co.tz and copied to email johnmat@seedcogroup.com
