Development of training concepts and programsCoordinate delivery of certification programs running at the InstituteMarketing of certification programsMonitoring and reporting on certification programsManagement of trainees recordsSupport to other training programsDevelopment of proposals under the training functionManaging and participating in delivery of consultancies and training programsMarketing training programsMonitoring and reporting on performance of training programsContribute to the development of the KISM Certification ProgramPerform tasks related to above core functions as required

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in education or business related fieldFinal Diploma in procurement and supply management;A registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies ManagementMinimum 3 years experience in training;Experience in design of skills training programs
