Position: Huawei BTS, BSC, RNC operation & maintenance engineer

Requirements:

Aware about structures functions of boards, sub racks and racks.Identify hardware connection between BTS and environment monitoring equipment.Implement BTS data configuration, parameters setting, data modification, restoration and back-up.Implement BTS data configuration of combined cabinet and cabinet group.Master BTS remote/local routine operation and maintenance.Execute the on-site operation, such as the board replacement and equipment reboot.Check alarm events of BTS and perform the on-site diagnostic.Alarm handling and software and hardware troubleshootingResponsible for quality of network monitoring workResponsible for 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.Responsible for analyzing the faults and report them in proper escalation patResponsible for reporting to CustomersPosition: Huawei TRX, DSAM/DSLAM operation & maintenance engineer

Requirements:

Support O&M team on fault handling and performance functions for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.Support O&M NOC team to analyze the failures for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.Support O&M NOC Team for preventive and Corrective maintenance for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.Support O&M NOC team on managing and ensure stability of DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems through Management Systems.Conduct necessary On-job training (OJT) to increase knowledge level.Alarm handling and software and hardware troubleshootingResponsible for quality of network monitoring workResponsible for 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.Responsible for analyzing the faults and report in proper escalation
