Main Purpose of Job
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing facilities and company assets at the Regional office, vehicle fleet management and 3rd party contract management e.g. canteen, house cleaning e.t.c.
Key Responsibilities will be to;
Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field from a recognized university;Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance and management of facilities, preferably with an FMCG background;Good working knowledge and experience on project management;Technical knowledge on electricity, sanitation, air conditioning and motor vehicle maintenance; Ability to conduct health and safety awareness;General understanding of financial analysis, budget reports and relevant business drivers;Excellent people management skills, with ability to achieve results through others.To apply for this position send your CV to mycv@myjobseye.com quoting the position in the subject line and preferred location.
