Job description

Arranging and conducting interviews with persons related to our editorial scope.Building contacts to maintain a flow of news/ storiesAttending press conferences and eventsGenerating story ideas for all the sections of the websiteProducing concise and accurate articles – both features and news items - within set deadlinesMinimum of a Diploma in Journalism / Mass CommunicationExcellent writing and verbal skillsKeen eye for detail, accuracy and sense of passion in their workFamiliarity with word processing softwareAn understanding of social mediaAbility to meet tight deadlines and without supervisionAbility to work with a still cameraPrevious writing experience in the entertainment field will be an added advantage
