Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a General Manager for one of its clients.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-

Degree in Business Administration;Masters Degree in Business Administration (preferred);Five (5) years senior management experience in a manufacturing or engineering concern with a turnover of between 100 million and 1 billion;Training in ERP systems, accounts, purchasing and logistics (preferred);Proven leadership and management skills;Ability to be forward looking and a strategic thinker;Proven skills in business and financial management;Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff team;Effective problem-solving and mediation skills;Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting.If you believe you qualify for this position, please send your CV and details of your current and expected remuneration to recruitment@dpckenya.com
