A computer distribution company with affiliates in Europe and the Gulf is set to open in Kenya and would like to recruit a Business Development Manager. The company is involved in distribution of computer hardware, software and accessories.The Business Development Manager will be in charge of theirKenyan operations, reporting to the group CEO, and will be specifically responsible for:Leading the local Team and accountable for the overall company performanceExploiting existing business opportunities and developing new trade channelsOptimize the company’s profitability through innovative marketing strategiesGrow the company’s product portfolio by identifying new market opportunitiesDevelop new revenue streams from new products and servicesThe ideal candidate should have at least 4 years experience in sales and marketing. A thorough understanding of Computer distribution business in the Kenyan market is critical.
