Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess at least four years of working experience in a similar position at luxury hotels/lodges within East Africa or Europe. Core competencies: Leadership, Management, Planning, food preparation to international standards.QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree with four or more years of industry and culinary management experience. Previous experience with control food and labour cost, menu development, pricing and development of a culinary team preferred. Premise and liability accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable. Working experience in Europe and East Africa an advantage. The ability to manage in a diverse and stressful environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.Must have a passion for the production and presentation of excellent fare (seafood and meat) Fluent Swahili a huge advantage.
