Our Client in event planning & management industry urgently require the above position to be filled immediately.Job Summary.The successful candidate will be involved general office administration and exhibit excellent customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Handle customers in the office.
•Assist in cleaning the office and preparing tea.
•Receive and deliver messages to the appropriate persons and record them in the message book.
•Make sure that the office stationery and supplies are constantly in supply.
•Keep the reception area tidy and clean.
•Filing.
•Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
•Prepare quotations for clients.
•Eager to learn and take instructions from superiors.
