Our client is a reputable multi-national company focused on creating long term solutions to pressing infrastructure, power generation and telecommunication needs in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
Our Client is looking for an energetic, self-driven, intelligent and experienced Corporate and Project Finance Analyst reporting to Finance Manager
 Job Purpose: Responsible for providing support in the financial analysis of Projects and assist in corporate finance.
 Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for the various projects.Prepare business valuations for target acquisitions / disposals.Perform analysis and evaluation of acquisition targetsConduct industry and market research and assist in business development efforts.Assist in preparation of documentation for internal processes.Assist in preparation and completion of investment proposals.Provide support to operating companiesA university degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business AdministrationCPA or ACCA qualifiedMinimum of 2 years relevant work experience in private sector or consultancyA Postgraduate qualification in Finance, MBA or CFA would be an added advantage.Computer literateGood commercial and financial acumenExcellent interpersonal skills.If you are interested in the position and have the skills and talents our client is looking for, we would like to hear from you. Please forward a copy of your updated resume, and your current salary and benefits package indicating the JOB TITLE as the email subject, to info@dorbe-leit.co.ke before close of business 18th April, 2014. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
