Invitation for Bids – Disposal of Motor Vehicles

 
The College of Ophthalmology of Eastern, Central and Southern Africa (COECSA) invites bids for the purchase of the following project vehicles on “as is- where -is” basis.

Condition of sale:
 

 

1. The Vehicle shall be sold on “As Is Where Is” basis. The sale price is subject to a reserve.
 

2. Viewing of the vehicle will take place between 28 – 30th October 2015 at our office located at Regent Court, Block A Suite A7, Argwings Kodhek Road, Hurlingham from 10.00a.m to 3.00p.m.
 

3. Sealed bids should be submitted and addressed to the undersigned and delivered to our office not later than COB Friday 6th November 2015. The envelope should be clearly marked, “OFFER TO PURCHASE KBM 793Q” and bidders should give their full physical address, email address, telephone numbers and name of contact person.
 

4. When your bid is accepted, you will be required to pay a deposit of 40% of the amount within 1 days and the balance within 5 days from the date your bid is accepted.

5. The vehicle will be handed over to the successful bidder upon receipt of full payment and transfer of ownership documents shall only ensure afterwards.

6. The successful bidder shall bear all expenses relating to transfer of ownership.

7. COECSA reserves the right to reject bids which are considered unreasonable.

8. The Successful bidder shall be contacted on 11th November 2015.
