Job Description

• Preparing statutory accounts


• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct


• Managing petty cash transactions


• Controlling credit and chasing debt.


• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits


• Prepare financial statements and undertaking general accounting functions


• Assist with financial tax audits


• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on monthly basis


• Assist with preparing tax returns

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in finance/Accounting


• CPA finalist or its equivalent


• 2-3 years experience in the hotel industry


• Must have the knowledge of Micros/ Fidelio system
