Our client is a leading mobile and digital services provider operating a payments ecosystem connecting financial sector customers, Mobile Network Operators and businesses to consumers. 

They are seeking to hire a dynamic and results driven individual to fill in the position of Relationship Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

• The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships to ensure maximum contract, license and business renewals


• Act as a primary contact for support related queries, managing incidents and problems, ensuring a fast timely resolution in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).


• She/he will be responsible for creating and managing action logs and issue resolution plans when necessary.

The successful Relationship Manager requires the following skill set:

• Customer Relationship Management / Account Management experience


• Excellent client management skills


• Incident / Problem Management & Resolution skills


• Production of Management Information (MI) reports


• Representation of the business at client meetings and reviews

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing or related field


• A minimum of 3 years experience of relationship management in the banking sector


• Previous experience in a senior position successfully managing clients’ projects from start to finish


• A quick and analytical mind is key


• She/he must have good negotiation skills and must be comfortable interacting/dealing with decision makers to deliver desired results


• Good presentation skills are vital


• She/he must have an entrepreneurial mind and should be a solution provider
