Sales and Marketing Manager – Nairobi, Kenya

A leading Kenyan Interior Design and Construction Company, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring sales and marketing activities.

MUST be energetic, socially linked in, capable self starter and have experience in a Sales and Marketing position in either the Interior Design and/or Construction industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and implement Sales and Marketing systems and strategies.


• Develop and maintain all Sales and Marketing materials.


• Ensure representation and membership in relevant industry bodies.


• Carry out field sales to optimize on sales.


• Identifying and enlisting new sales trading outlets.


• Manage relationships with current channels to optimize sales.


• Developing the online sales channel for both local and regional sales.


• Developing effective trade and retail strategies to drive-up sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a Sales & Marketing related degree or higher education qualification.


• Atleast 5 years experience in a Sales &marketing role in the interior design industry/Construction.


• Must be computer literate.


• Must have a passion for interior design and construction sector.


• Excellent communication & organizational skills.


• Good time manager.


• Excellent presentation skills.


• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.


• Must be able to speak Gujarati, Punjabi or Hindi.

Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh. 80,000/= (Approx. 800 USD)
