Responsibility
Residences
- Follow up on lease renewals
- Approval rent funding requests every month
- Draft termination letters, send draft to legal for cross checking, send out the letters via registered mail
- Monthly cost report for the residences
Offices
- Monthly cost report for the offices
- Manage 3rd tier contracts-courier, plant maintenance, stationery
- Currently preparing the Asset Register for Nairobi (Offices, Residences and Stores)
- Point of contact for the offices and Licenses (Trans Century, Set right, Data Orbis, Triple Jump, Clyde stone)
Hotels and Apartments
- Point of contact-provide approvals for apartments and hotel accommodation for contractors and visitors.
- Verify invoices end of the month
- Monthly cost report for the residences
Qualifications
- Must have managed a facility before
- Must have knowledge of asset registration
- Must know how to prepare invoices
