In order to service our target clientele better, we are looking for a passionate candidate with PR & marketing skills to join our team. 
 

Major Responsibilities

• Developing marketing and communication plan


• Ensuring maximum brand exposure on traditional and digital  media


• Organizing Internal and External Events Focusing on Employers and Candidates– This involves working with a team to deliver successful events. It includes, securing venues for the events, coming up with a theme for the event, inviting the targeted audience, procuring the best suppliers in terms of quality and cost.


• Client Relationship Management-This is through managing our interactions with the current and potential clients both online and offline engagement.


• Generating leads for the recruitment manager and account managers


• Representing CSS at stakeholders forums


• Advising management on brand management, marketing and industry trends


• Market intelligence

Skills / Education Background

• Minimum of Bachelors degree and at least 2-4 years in PR, Communications, or Marketing in a medium sized firm or consultancy


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written


• Event management skills
