Job Vacancy: Project Manager
 

Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for managing the assigned large and medium sized concurrent projects to achieve project delivery through enhanced value and benefit realization in line with the approved time, cost and quality project baselines and overall company objectives.

Candidate should have the following skills and well familiar with Nokia equipment and tools and process:

• Responsible for overall project implementation performance for equipment implementation in NSN customer project, mainly for the BSS/RAN area. 


• Agree the implementation planning criteria, e.g., site solution in use, together with project manager and network planning manager;


• Manage the Implementation process according to agreed time schedule with customer;


• Build and maintain an organizational structure for the project implementation team together with NSN regional organization.


• Provide demand plan for implementation teams (Installation, commissioning and integration);


• Responsible for the timely ordering of all equipment’s and site materials in cooperation with the Logistics;


• Ensure the establishment and continuous communication interfacing among different functions;


• Responsible for master equipment implementation schedule from site ready for Installation milestone until the issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the relevant field


• BSC degree in Comp Science/IT/Engineering/project management planning.


• Project Management Certification – PMP/PMI/PRINCE

Experience

• 5 years’ experience in the industry and related role
