Our client, a leading Telecommunications Service Provider in Kenya, is seeking to recruit a Shop Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum  of a Bachelors degree;


• Commercial awareness – Demonstrate business acumen in the current telecommunication industry (This is a must);


• Ability to set KPIs for team members;


• Ability to evaluate shop performance;


• Recognition and team rewards for junior staff;


• Support and guidance for shop staff;


• How to cub absenteeism and staff negative attitude; and


• Team builder and mobilizer.
