Job Purpose
This position is responsible for provision of messengerial, cleanliness and catering services to facilitate seamless operations in the Commission.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks

Operational Responsibilities / Tasks
- Clean and arrange the offices daily;
- Prepare and serve refreshments;
- Dispatch mails to the post office and other destinations;
- Arrange boardroom for meetings that are scheduled to take place;
- Distribute internal mails to officers as marked to respective offices;
- Requisition snacks and refreshments;
- Load and off load packages for office use;
- Carry out office logistical duties;
- Photocopy, bind and shred documents;
- keep inventory of kitchen utensils and advice on restocking; and
- Open and close offices to ensure security.

Valid Certificate in food handling.
Computer Knowledge will be an added advantage
Previous relevant work experience required.

- A valid Clearance Certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) (Must provide certificate or report); and
- A Valid Clearance form from the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC)
