Job Purpose
We are seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. You should be a skilled professional with substantial experience in SCM and a proven track record of successful implementation, upgrade, roll-out, and support projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively participating in implementations, upgrade, roll-out, or support projects.
- Showcase proficiency in Process & Set up knowledge of key SCM areas including P2P (Procure to Pay), RTV (Return to Vendor), O2C (Order to Cash), RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), IR-ISO (Internal Requisition to Internal Sales Order), Back-to-Back & Drop Shipment.
- Participate actively in the Go-Live phase and support ERP lifecycle implementations, covering Requirements, Setups, Testing, User Training, and Post-Implementation support.
- Contribute to successful integration with other modules.
- Exhibit self-motivation, decisiveness, adaptability to change, and the ability to manage competing demands.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting skills and persistence in problem-solving efforts.
- Apply working knowledge of Data Grooming and Data Conversion.
- Leverage your experience in ECC (Enterprise Core Components) Implementation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 8 years of proven expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite SCM.
- Successful involvement in at least two implementation, upgrade, roll-out, or support projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SCM processes and setups.
- Proficiency in key areas: P2P, RTV, O2C, RMA, IR-ISO, Back-to-Back, and Drop Shipment.
- Understanding of accounting principles within the context of SCM.
- Strong grasp of Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management setups.
- Basic System Administrator task comprehension.
- Experience with ERP lifecycle phases, including Requirements, Setups, Testing, User Training, and Post-Implementation support.
- Ability to collaborate on module integration efforts.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and navigate through fluctuating workloads.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with Data Grooming, Data Conversion, and financial modules.
- Exposure to Inventory Reconciliation.
