Purchasing and supplies manager
Responsibilities
Carryout purchasing activities both locally and internationally for all company products.In charge of warehouse managementPrepare product and material provision report and forward to finance for provision and work plan.Ensure timely receipt of raw materials and packaging materials in warehouse and into manufacturing provision system for smooth running of material requirement planning (MRP).Ensure that the goods delivered are of acceptable quality through inspection of delivery trucks.Ensure that issued products and materials are posted into system within the stipulated lead time for inventory accuracy.Monitor daily stock levels and highlight products/materials above maximum level as predetermined to avoid overstocking and warehouse space constraints.At least 2 years experience in purchasing section at senior level with a pharmaceutical distributorGood knowledge of warehouse operation in pharmaceutical industry.Diploma in pharmacyDegree/diploma in purchasing and supply management will be an added advantageTo apply for the above position, please contact us through the following e-mail: recruitment@workforceassociates.net or call 020 317497 before 23rd December, 2010.
