We are looking to fill the vacancy for: Production Manager

Job Purpose:

Provide leadership and performance efficiencies at assigned production department in alignment with the strategic business objectives.

Duties:

Develop departmental strategy

Approve already developed SOPsTo participate in the process of formulating and implementing business strategy.Optimize Human Resource Talent and Potential
Performance ManagementTraining and DevelopmentMentoring and CoachingEnsure compliance with Occupational, Health and Safety RegulationsPlan, execute and monitor production programmes that support Lean ManufacturingEnsure conformity with the National and International Quality Standards.Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement process improvements.Effectively manage resources – materials, equipment availabilityProvide Leadership in the application of improvement intervention programs – Kaizen SystemEnsure compliance with ISO9001 and 14001Min: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, production, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent)Registered with a recognized Engineering Regulatory body.Work Experience: 11 years minimum.Please send CVs and Cover letters to HR@Insteellimited.com on or before the 29th December 2010.
