Client Relations Executive Jobs.

Our client is in the Entertainment and Creative Communication Industry. They are urgently looking for a Client Relations Executive

Reporting to the MD, the Client Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering on the company’s strategic Sales, Marketing and Communication objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Come up with different and new ideas that will ensure steady growth within the firm’s client base
* Strategic planning and execution of strategies to grow the brand
* Ensure customers are happy
* Set and meet sale expectations
* Grow and maintain networks
* Pitch to potential clients

Required skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business especially in Marketing or Communications
* Professional qualifications in Sales and Marketing
* Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience
* Excellent time management, organization, presentation and planning skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience in sales with already existing networks in the industry
* Problem solver
* Hardworking
* Ability to develop brand strategy and accompanying activation/action plans
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Self motivated, reliable and outgoing individual
* Ability to deal with different types of clients
