Business Development Manager Job in Limuru Kenya (KShs 100K)

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Planning, implementing and coordinating of Sales activities.

Coordinating with the sales team in organizing for exhibitions and road shows

Carry out the Public Relations functions in the company and plan for any company event

Management and oversee of the company’s website by making sure it is up-to-date.

Coordinating Business Development Researches that will involve:

specifying marketing segmentsmonitor competition activitiesSWOT analysisManage customer relations, feedback and monitoring customer needs and habits.

Providing a superior level of customer relation and services; and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures

works to expand the company's product reach and profit revenues

Exploit the Business opportunity that are presented to him and the organization

Should be able to lead changes which will ensure feature success.

Prepare a detailed business plan so you will not lose sight of your goals and objectives.

Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.

Understand the skills and qualities you bring to the business.

Adopt a team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals.
