Dynamic People Consulting is currently recruiting for one of its clients in the advertising industry.
The Chief Accountant will be responsible for the following duties:
Prepares cash flow and balance sheet statements on a monthly basisConducts bank reconciliation on a monthly basisProduces monthly profit and loss statementKeeps track of company income by managing the organization’s financial accountsKeeps custody of company receipts and bank statementsWithdraws and deposits money and checks to the company accountMakes payment to suppliers in accordance to payment contractVerify cash requisitions (from staff or suppliersVerifies cash requisitions from staff and suppliers with appropriate partiesGenerates delivery notes for ordersReceives quotations sent out by salesCommunicates credit terms to clientsReceives and checks list provided by the Credit Reference Bureau for clients’ statusContacts clients to collect debt owed to the companyManages daily stocksRecords new stock into the stock registerBachelor degree in Accounting or Finance CPA(K) certificationMasters degree an added advantage5 years experience as an accountant3 years in senior managementPlease indicate your current salary and expected salary.
