Managing Trustee
The holder of this position is the Chief Executive Officer charged with overall leadership and management of the Fund and whose duties and responsibilities will include:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or Agribusiness from a recognized University.Masters Degree in either Finance, Management, Economics or Agricultural Economics from a recognized university.Competence in financial, human capital and general administrative management.Background in Banking (Credit) or Development Finance will be an added advantage.Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience at senior management level in a successful organization preferably a Financial institution;Show an excellent track record of leadership and the ability to put together, motivate and retain a cohesive management team and an efficient workforce;Display aptitude in managing organizational change to generate efficiencies through innovative capacity planning and utilization;Be entrepreneurial, self-driven individual of impeccable integrity;Be conversant with and observe principles of Corporate Governance;Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills and computer proficiency.Employment will be a 4 years renewable contract with an attractive remuneration package.
