Main duties and responsibilities
Marketing strategy
Developing the hospitals overall marketing planDeveloping the Marketing budget and ensuring that the marketing spend is well within the budgetEnsuring that the organization is well positioned within the market through robust brand strategies.Product development; designing and coming up with new products to effectively compete within the marketAdvertising and promotion of products and service offeringsMarket segmentation by differentiating the organization to ensure that they are the service provider of choiceDevelop effective and competitive Pricing strategies Keeping abreast of the offerings in the market through Market intelligence Carry out internal research to establish how to improve on client service delivery to ensure client retentionCarry out feasibility studies Generate new business ideas such as development of new facilities with supportive informationDevelop strategies to gain entry into new markets Personal attributes
