A civil & building construction company is looking to fill the position of Foremen.
Under the direction of the Site Agent, the incumbent will oversee all day to day activities on site ensuring the successful completion of the project.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering or any construction related disciplineWell versed with computer applications (MS Excel/MS Word & MS ProjectsPost graduate qualifications in Project Management shall be added advantageHave a minimum 6 years post-graduate experience in end-to-end execution in the construction of large building projects and preferably labour intensive projectsHave at minimum 4 years experience in a supervisory role, fully in charge of a large project.Must have good knowledge of basic construction technology and practices.
