Hospital Director

Based in Dagahaley Refugee Camp

Main Tasks:

Coordinating medical and surgical activities at the Hospital and providing technical support to the medical doctors at the hospital.Ensure the quality of medical activities in the hospital - validation and implementation of medical and therapeutic protocols, procedures and standards.Hospital human resource managementEnsuring efficient use of resources - pharmacy and medical equipment utilization.Monitoring, evaluation and reporting of hospital medical activities.Elaborate the medical project of the hospital for the year: policy formulation and planning, organisation of services and participation in the development of the plan of action.Medical doctor with diploma/degree recognised by the government and registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical and Dentists Board.2 years experience as a medical doctorMinimum 1 year experience in Hospital ManagementLeadership and management abilities, good organization skillsFamiliarity or experience working with HIS and computer literacy with practical use of MS-Office applications an advantageNGO experience preferredFluent in Somali a strong advantageWilling to live in Dagahaley refugee campSend your CV, motivation letter, copies of relevant documents, mentioning on the envelope “Hospital Director” to:
