Location: Naivasha, Kenya
Mandatory Requirement: At least 3 years experience in the hotel industry
The Human Resources Manager will be required to assist in the provision of general human resource support to Hotel departments in order that human resource initiatives add value to the organization by fostering positive relationships and increasing colleague satisfaction and performance.
Advise and assist with the interpretation of HR policies and procedures; applicable legislation and the collective agreement. Implementation the organizations strategies of effective internal communication, evaluate streamlined processes, procedures, systems and methods for human resource practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
