Reporting to the Country Director, the HR Manager will be based in Nairobi and will ensure the overall delivery of quality services to Pact staff at the Kenya country office as regards personnel administration, including maintaining and ensuring a thorough knowledge of Pact personnel policies and employee adherence to such policies, as well as the organisation’s adherance to the Kenyan labor laws and requirements. In addition the HR manager will be responsible for but not limited to coordination of staff recruitment and developement, employee benefits administration, as well as provision of general human resources services and policies.
