Lions Capital Limited Sales Representative Job in Kenya

Lions Capital Limited (LCL) is a Kenyan company that creates tailored financial solutions to meet cash flow challenges for both individuals and SMEs. We are looking to expand our business portfolio and as such seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to support the Business Development Manager. The position calls for a dynamic, enthusiastic,  and a hardworking individual with extensive experience selling financial solutions like; secured loans, bid bonds, and performance bonds.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the following products; Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Structured Financing for SMEs and individualsCold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businessMaking presentations, negotiating sales, closing sales & representing LCL in marketing activations and EventsActing as a contact between LCL and its existing and potential clientsGathering market and customer informationEnsuring revenue growth through customer acquisition, new need identification, product cross-sell and re-engineeringEnsure that the target market selection criterion is adhered to and that we are in full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirementsAssist in identifying customer needs not met by existing products and the implementation of new products and servicesAchievement of set revenue target for the unit by aggressive customer acquisition, efficient product delivery, offering a diverse range of products and excellent customer serviceEfficient management of individual and overall departments’ budgets and ensure deadlines are metManage customer queries, complaints and other correspondence in a timely manner and within set standards for customer satisfactionBusiness graduate from an accredited University with major preferably in Marketing.1-2 years sales experience of banking or insurance productsProfessional qualification in either Customer Relationship Management , Sales or Marketing will be an added advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent selling skillsStrong networking skills, for both internal and external networksRelationship Management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for performance, team play and achievement in a competitive and dynamic environmentHardworking, strategically minded individualCommercial awareness and customer focusRemuneration: Retainer and commission on net sales
