SomReP seeks a consultancy to establish pre-project conditions that will provide information, analysis and recommendations that will help member agencies plan and implement projects in line with SomReP strategy on resilience as well as to provide baseline data. The consultant(s) will utilize existing information, collect additional data and undertake an in-depth contextual analysis of the root causes and nature of vulnerability at the household and community level across nine (9) regions in South Central Somalia, Somaliland and Puntland.WVI-Somalia invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from organizations and / or individuals interested in this consultancy.
International/National Organizations meeting the following eligibility criteria could apply:Functional and operational for the last 3 yearsExperience working in the above mentioned areaHave worked on similar projects and can share examplesHas a competent team to undertake work and deliver as per given timelinesIndividuals meeting the following criteria are also eligible to apply:Possess relevant skills for designing and developing such a program and can demonstrate itHave at least three years of experience of working in the above mentioned area and or similar areasMust be able to share relevant work assignments undertaken in the pastPossess relevant infrastructure to undertake the work on their ownInterested eligible organizations or individuals may submit EOI with the following details and
