We believe to achieve this we shall need capable people to deliver on the following roles:The Role: Based in Nairobi and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role will support the organization’s growth strategy by developing and driving an integrated commercialization vision aimed at increasing our market share as a growth strategy.The role will be accountable for the strengthening of our volume and revenue growth as a key pillar to our ambitious profitability intent. The role is charged with key stakeholder relationship building and partnerships as well as providing strategic leadership to a diverse, multicultural and virtual team.
The Person: We are seeking an accomplished change leader who is committed-to-business transformation, tenacious, resilient and results driven who can influence and deliver in a multi-location environment. He/She will have over ten years commercial leadership experience in dynamic FMCG with proven track record of successfully driving productivity across sales force and building highly profitable route to market models. He/She must be ready to travel to the three bottler locations (Nyeri, Rift Valley & Kisii). He/She will be a bachelor degree holder with a Sales & Marketing bias.Experience in the beverage industry will be an added advantage.
