Scode ltd envisions itself to be the market leader in the production and distribution of cleaner energy products and services for profit and customer satisfaction.
Scode ltd is recruiting for the following positions:
Regional Sales Reps (6): Job ref: HR – RSP – 08 – 2015.
As a key staff you will be managing a region across the country and working with the Team Leader- Sales and Marketing, finance, supply chain, Human Resources etc
Regional Sales Job Duties & Responsibilities
Growing business through sales and marketing of company products i.e. Renewable Energy Technologies.
Identify markets and develop ways of entry into the markets
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
Achieve individual & team sales targets
Manage a team of entrepreneurs and last mile solution providers
Market research, reporting and strategy formulation
Prepare orders & quotations of items and negotiate offers with clients
Give sales presentations to the clients
Provide regular reports where necessary to assist in decision making within the organization
Organize events and forums that seek to publicize the company and create market awareness
Implement sales and marketing plans
To support the development of the Sales and Marketing function of the company
Take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department.
Education and work experience for Sales Jobs in Kenya
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing
At least one (1) year experience in a marketing/business development preferably in a related industry
Computer literate
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Skills and character traits
Professionalism
Strong business acumen
Hands-on approach and people management
Passion for planning and implementation
Thrive on challenge in a fast growing innovative start-up culture
Show initiative and work with minimum supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Adaptability to both local and international business culture
High level of integrity
