A well-established organization with a multi-national presence seeks to engage with a professional, dynamic and self-respecting professional in the position of:-
Accounts Clerk – Disbursements
Main Purpose of the Job: To support activities and operations in the area of accounts disbursements, specifically the processing of disbursement applications.
Main Responsibilities
Receiving and prioritize disbursements requests submitted
Conducting preliminary review of applications and highlight findings to the Disbursement Assistant
Scanning/Photocopying of disbursement documents, contracts and other related documents;
Sending routine correspondence with PIU’s, and Loan Disbursement Registry
Handling enquiries/requests for information
Filing of disbursement documents
Assisting the Country Program Officer (Kenya) on collecting data on disbursements
Assisting as required as and when issues arise
Job Skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Ability to communicate effectively in English;
Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
Client and results oriented with a sense of accuracy and attention to details.
Report writing
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or other related field
CPA II certificate or ACCA level 2
Knowledge of SAP
Excellent Computer skills
