Position: Real Estate Marketing Executive

Salary:  KES. 15,000 + 5% Commission

A commercial real estate firm & SACCO, having its head office registered in Thika, is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals with interest in real estate to fill the position of Marketing Officers.

The successful candidate(s) will be expected to perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and help draw up real estate contracts.

Role Duties & Responsibilities

Generating New Customer and follow up with existing clients

Achieving given sales target and exceeding targets frequently

Attending team meetings and sharing ideas for better sales performance

Developing and implementing ideas for the marketing and sales.

Assist in day to day operations of sales office including prospect tracking, inquiry tracking, prospect

follow up and broker outreach.

Assist in compiling reporting requirements to partnerships and investors as needed

This position will require a flexible schedule including working on weekends should the need arise

To qualify for consideration you should:

Be results oriented (Priority)

Be a diploma and/or Degree holder

Be willing to travel & comfortable to work in field. Executive will be expected to work in Kiambu County and its environs

Have an understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Have exceptional sales skills and ability to refine those skills to meet developer’s expectations

Be self-motivated, disciplined, & committed

Have strong communication and analytical skills

Be detail-oriented & organized

Possess a calm attitude and a pleasing personality.

Experience in marketing is an added advantage

Contract basis as per terms and conditions of work

Terms: KES, 15,000 plus 5% commission
