Parts Sales Executive

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

In consultation with the Retail Operations Manager, develop and implement Parts Marketing ProgramsAchieve parts sales targets and put in place action plans to assure attainmentDeveloping good rapport with dealers, fleet and retail customers and ensuring any issues affecting parts sales are resolved promptlyAssisting on market surveys through parts counter and key customers to ensure ordering, pricing and old parts liquidation strategies are based on reliable market informationEnsuring compliance of parts sales to internal controlsAttaining set target in customer satisfaction index (CSI)Providing market information to aid in pricingIssuance of quotations on a timely basisFor appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:-Technical or Business DiplomaAt least three years experience in a similar positionProficiency in computersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent selling skillsHigh level of integrityIf you believe you fit the above profile please submit your Application letter and detailed CV to be received not later than 14th June, 2012 to
