Airport Representative Position
 

Reporting to: Fleet Manager
 

Nature of Employment: Permanent
 

Our Company, one of the leading corporate cab company in Kenya wishes, to fill the position of an Airport Representative as part our growth strategy.
 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to our clients at the airport,


• Receiving, greeting and connecting our clients with our drivers,


• Providing good PR to our clients as they wait for the drivers,


• Maintaining our brand image through excellent and consistent presentation and communication to our clients and the public,


• Giving a weekly report on the weeks activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business administration, tours and travel or any other business related course,


• 1 year experience in customer service,


• Good knowledge of the airport will be an added advantage,


• Ability and willingness to work for long hours,


• Excellent personal presentation


• Fluency in both written and spoken English
