Job Title: Fleet Services Administration Manager
Reports To: GM, Government Lease & Network Development
For: Guidance & support on fleet business
Direct Reports: Account Executives, Fleet Services Coordinator
Job Purpose: To grow and service the fleet customers ensuring high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop appropriate plans and strategies to expand the customer base under fleet management
- To liaise with legal to ensure that the fleet contracts are beneficial to the business
- Create proposals and conducts presentations to potential customers
- Attend to fleet customer complaints ensuring resolution within the shortest time possible
- Come up with relevant fleet products
- Maintains an awareness of local market competition conditions, of user preferences and desires, of industry trends, and transmits such information promptly, with recommendations, to senior management.
- Responsible for profitability of the fleet business.
- Prepare timely and accurate management reports.
- Preparation of the budget and ensure that expenses to meet budget guidelines within the department
- Provide guidance and leadership to the fleet team
Key Relationships:
Internally:
- Finance Team: Support on pricing
- Service Team
- Legal Team: Support on preparation of contracts
Externally:
- Tshusho Capital: For financing
- Banks: For financing
Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge Required:
- A Bachelors degree in any business related discipline
- Minimum of 4years experience in a similar area.
- Strong organisational & Interpersonal skills
- Basic Financial management skills
