Job Description
- Reporting to County Public Service
Secretary/C.E.O - Sensitize County Public Service on the causes
and consequences of corruption - Develop and Coordinate implementation of
proactive measures including campaigns and outreach programs for the
County Public Service on good governance, ethics and integrity - Coordinate promotion of national and public
service values and principles within the County Public Service - Develop due diligence tools and risk
assessment programs - Mainstream Integrity concerns into project
implementation processes - Facilitate the setting up of and build
complaint handling capacity in the County Public Service - Coordinate public awareness of policies and
administrative procedure on matters relating to administrative justice
within the County Public Service - Coordinate & Develop investigation process
and resolution mechanism to address complaints within the County Public
Service - Establish & Maintain strategic linkages
and partnerships in the rule of law with other governance sectors. - Any other duties assigned from time to time
Required Academic and Professional
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Public administration,
Social Sciences, Law - Masters’ degree in MBA.
- Strong Administrative, Communication and
Social skills. - Must have knowledge on legal matters and
governance. - Ability to come up with Policies and
implementation. - Ability to give strategic direction to County
Public Service. - Ability to deal with reports, complaints of
abuse of power, impropriety and other forms of misconduct and - Must have 8+ years of experience including
facilitation of governance, leadership and professional development
interventions. - Possess a proactive, collaborative and
self-motivating with exceptional relationship management skills. - Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the
Constitution; and - Have had a distinguished career in his/her
respective field.
