Key duties and responsibilities

• Selling and generating demand for ever grow Organic Fertilizer, with a focus on small and medium-scale farmers growing high-value produce in Kiambu County


• Meeting and exceeding sales targets


• Meeting with farmer groups and organizations to market and sell ever grow Organic Fertilizer


• Designing and running marketing events targeting small and medium-scale farmers growing high value produce, e.g., demonstration days


• Building a pipeline of interested buyers and counselling them on farming practices


• Dynamically communicating the value of our product, with a focus on return on investment


• Training customers on correct application rates for various crops


• Structuring trials on lead farmers’ farms and rigorously following up to track progress and complete sales

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of agricultural sales experience.


• Proven track record of achieving and preferably surpassing targets consistently in previous work experiences


• Should be willing to work in Makueni or Bungoma
